How long have you been in business?
Todd Miller purchased the shop in 1978, when he was nineteen years old, and has been operating it ever since. In June of 2004, we joined the CARSTAR group, in order to provide our customers with some additional benefits we could not offer as a stand alone operation.
What is your primary product or service?
Eastside CARSTAR Auto Rebuild performs complete auto body collision repairs including repairing fenders, bumpers,dings, dents, scrapes, scratches, worn and fading paint jobs, auto detailing and more.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
In our 30 years of business, our team has been committed to performing detailed repairs while emphasizing outstanding customer service and satisfaction. As a member of the Puget Sound CARSTAR auto body repair group, we can also offer the peace of mind of the CARSTAR Nationwide Warranty, Nationwide Coverage, and Lifetime Guarantee of service among other additional services. One of the benefits CARSTAR provides to us is a measurement of our customer satisfaction index (CSI) rating. I am very proud to share our average CSI is over 97%, which means 97 out of 100 customers would use us again if the need arises or recommend us to a friend.
